These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a sales contract; commercial terms are documented per-deal in writing between the buyer and CATMA, doing business as Global Mex Produce.

Site use

Use this site for legitimate inquiries about wholesale produce. Do not abuse the form, scrape pricing (there is none here on purpose), or submit on behalf of unrelated parties.

No public price list

Wholesale produce prices fluctuate daily. We quote per inquiry. A public price list would be wrong within a week and is intentionally absent.

Quote validity

A quote we issue is valid for 5 business days unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Liability

The site and its content are provided as-is for informational purposes. Commercial liability between buyer and seller is governed by the per-deal commercial documents, not by this page.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
