Privacy

We collect contact data only to respond to your inquiry and to coordinate the commercial relationship if it advances to a quote or shipment. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact data with third parties.

What we collect

  • Name, company, role, country/state
  • Email, phone (where you provide it), WhatsApp number
  • Product interest, weekly volume, urgency, use case, notes
  • UTM / referrer data so we can understand which channel produced your inquiry (used only in our internal CRM)

Where it lives

Inquiries flow from this site through our orchestration layer (n8n) into our CRM (ClickUp) and trigger a confirmation email via Resend. Storage is in the United States. We do not transfer your data outside the operator team that handles your inquiry.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as the commercial relationship is active. If you ask us to delete your record, we will — email hello@globalmexproduce.tsunamiautomation.com with your request.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies in v1. Functional cookies (e.g., for the lead form's anti-spam captcha when enabled) may be used.
