What we are

Global Mex Produce is the buyer-facing brand for Mexican-export produce sold into the U.S. market. We focus on Persian limes (via Reza Produce) and Hass avocados + processed avocado SKUs (via Alvaro). We do not own warehouses, trucks, or upfront inventory. We do own the buyer relationship — the lead, the quote, the deposit, the invoice, the follow-up, the dispute resolution.

How we operate

The site, the CRM, the lead-capture flow, the partner-event ingestion, the operator dashboards — all of it runs on the Tsunami Automation stack. Self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Workflow JSON committed in version control. Schema-as-code on the CRM side. Easy to audit, easy to migrate.
